Disney’s Wreck-It Ralph hits theaters tomorrow!

The four of us went to a sneak peek of Disney Pictures’ newest film Wreck-It Ralph on Tuesday, and we absolutely loved it! Both boys are at the age where they are into video games, so they really liked the premise of video game characters coming to life. The story was very entertaining, and hubby and I loved watching out for cameo appearances from our favorite retro video game characters.

Wreck-It Ralph tells the story of Ralph, the villain in the game Fix-It Felix Jr. Ralph is tired of being the bad guy for the past 30 years and wants to be loved like Felix. He goes game hopping into Hero’s Duty in search of a medal so that he can prove to his Niceland neighbors that he too can be a hero. Unfortunately things do not go as planned, and he ends up causing more trouble than he imagined. Along the way he meets the adorably feisty Vanellope von Schweetz, and with Felix and Sergeant Calhoun from Hero’s Duty, they go off to try and save their video game world before it’s “Game Over” for all of them.

The movie has something for everyone: action, adventure, humor, and even a little romance. The 3D effects are great, you definitely feel like you are in the characters’ world.

But don’t take my word for it…

Brandon says: Wreck-It Ralph was awesome, and exciting, and a little bit sad. I liked it because the characters go to different video games, and there are funny characters in it. The funniest character is Fix-It Felix because he talks Qbert’s language.

Matty says: I liked the movie a lot! My favorite character was Wreck-It Ralph and Qbert. It was awesome!!!

Wreck-It Ralph will be in theaters everywhere tomorrow, November 2nd. Go check it out!
